Clean and nice room. Close by Lax and a 24 Hours Shuttle complimentary. Perfect for a short stay ...
They charge $30 a day for parking on top of the $145+ it costs per night. For a week that is $1225+ tax for a room and parking! Parking should be free! Other than that the stay was good. Shuttles take you to and from LAX Airport. I would recommend somewhere that has free parking or an Airbnb.
And the kitchen staff discriminates against African Americans not 1x 2x’s day in two days. I do enjoy the rooms and the cleaning staff are the best. The last on I went was September 2019 in Amsterdam and it was very comfortable and the staff treated us with the utmost respect ✊ not the on here at lax
The front desk is rude and the room was just okay. Next time we come to town for business we will definitely stay somewhere else. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Not a good experience. I stay at Holiday Inn all the time. Hotel was being renovated...everything was a mess. Our room was not ready yet..girl at front said she’d call..finally an hour and a half later I went to front desk..she had gone home and I was in a long line waiting to check in. Finally got to room...blankets were very cheap looking...and the a/c didn’t work. Excellent, the staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough even after we had poured red wine over the white table cloth- sorry. Food was good & reasonable price fir an airport hotel. Shuttle a bit iffy so took a cab to the terminal & only cost $10. Room& service fine.
I stayed at this property for business for the first time. My experience was above average. Initially, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally by some employees of the hotel. However, I voiced my concern to Michael (one of the managers). He sincerely apologized and offered me some points for future stay.
