The rooms are dated, and the place is currently under some sort of construction. But the worst part was, we had booked a room for two nights, after the first night we left for the day. When we returned to our room, it had been cleaned and beds made. Sounds great, but all of our stuff was gone. We got one small bag of some dirty clothes, that had been "saved". So 1200 miles from home and everything was gone. We were told that they would file a report. Still have heard nothing from anyone.

Clean, good service, great gym, great location. Whenever I go back to LA I will stay at the Holiday Inn LAX again.

Joe the concierge was awesome a great asset to the company. Rene not so happy behind the counter our first night was booked by our travel agent had paperwork but still made us pay for the night stay and got it fixed up via out travel agent next day. Rene could have been more pleasant as long flight and then told no booking confirmed??? Last night stayed proir to returning home our booking was checked with our travel agent and Rene did allow us to stay 2hrs past checkout as a late flight. Ok but room for improvement. The hotel is in the process of updating so it’s hard to give much information on common areas. Registration staff (Karla) was very friendly and helpful, explained everything throughly and took good care of us. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Did not hear any airplane noises despite it being in very close proximity. There were some very loud rude people in the hall a few times but it was a Friday night and we didn’t hear them after midnight. For what we needed it worked out well for us.
