My wife and I decided to stay in this hotel because we are 20 and their website said 18 for check in age. When we got there they denied us our room because we weren’t 21. They even said every hotel in McCall is 21 and older which is also a lie. They have not a clue what they are talking about or what they are doing. We had already paid for the room in full. I want to share my experience with the Holiday Inn Rock Hill, the manager Wendy Socias, and the IHG guest relations department for the sake that no one else has to suffer being wrongfully accused, and $250 stolen from with no actual evidence. RecommendedRooms are always clean. I love the JR Watkins Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Body wash . I am so glad they added these to their amenities!! They have decent things to choose from for breakfast. The hotel lobby is always clean. The front desk staff is always welcoming and nice.
