We had our company (Hobbytown) planning meeting here yesterday and couldn't have been happier with the service and our meals. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very special call out to GM Michael Parisi , Chareen Gould, Matt and the hotel kitchen staff. You all were great! Thank you for your hospitality. Tonya is the best room service attendant I've ever had experience with! What a friendly person! And kind.. The staff here is great, the rooms keep getting smaller, but it's a great place.

They were awesome about our pets. We stopped on our way to Ohio with our 3 dogs and they didn't blink an eye, and even gave them treats!

Great place to stay! Pets are welcome, restaurant and lounge open for Kate arrivals and great breakfast. We've stayed here several times as it is halfway between West Branch and Osteen.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant and found it to be very reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the menu choices and atmosphere superb. And of course the kids favorite, the indoor/outdoor pool. Thanks for a memorable stay. We'll be back for sure.
