RecommendedGreat service . Like the best out of the last 20 hotel visits, I was the happiest with this one. I usually pay 50-400 a night so I know what I am talking about. Great job !
place is a dump! drug addicts and crappy manager named Eric. thieves who take your things after you leave them in your room.
I don't know if they are having difficulty with staffing, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The positive was that the front desk attendant was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The first room I was given was still dirty when I walked in. The second room, did not have a remote to the tv, when I called, I was told that they had no extra remotes and did not have batteries for the remotes. I was changed to a different room. If there was a way to post a zero star rating I'd do it a million times. Absolute false advertising. No pool, dirty room, warped damp floors. Just a disgrace!
This is an awful hotel. Our phone in the room doesn’t work. The mini fridge was not plugged in or very low powered so we lost all the food and drinks we kept in there overnight. Also, the shower curtain doesn’t prevent water from spilling go out so entire floor in bathroom gets wet. Not happy.
ashes on the floor and in the night stand drawer of my "non-smoking" room. dirty washcloth under the bed. toilet wouldn't flush. changed rooms and ended up in a room with a condom wrapper on the floor. The door wouldn't lock. We gave up after that and just left.
