Dirty sheets molded shower dirty toilet in both rooms we were given. Gave management a chance to make it right never heard anything so I went to corporate today this is unacceptable 😡

RecommendedVery clean!!! Room are updated. Large room and was quiet all night long. Very friendly and welcoming. First impression when I walked into the lobby was the BEST I had on my 7 day travel. Would definitely stay again.
Used Drug needles in the hallway....... Street level doors unsecured at 3 am..... Dust on walls.... Roaches under the sheets..... sand in bed and so much more ........... contact me for more details!!!!!! Don’t I repeat.... Don’t do it..... Someone should call the Mayor.
Got called by the owner and accused of smoking in the room. We don’t smoke. Then the owner had the audacity to cuss at me. We left the room clean. Do not recommend this place
The refuse to give money back for an event we are canceling due to COVID. Completely rude and too worried about losing their money. I would NOT recommend booking anything here!
Here’s the review in a nutshell (photos attached): PROS - Good location - Parking wasn’t too bad CONS - Bed bugs in BOTH beds - Manager only had cleaning staff change the sheets and not the mattress - Offered a room change once hotel was notified of bed bugs - Rust rings in the bathtub - Sticky residue on door handles - In SERIOUS need of a remodel/renovations With hotels on reduced occupancy due to Covid restrictions, I’m very aware of the challenges businesses are facing right now.
