Hundred and something of us displaced because of a flood the hole Building and the owner of this place wouldn’t help us out through his arms up and said I don’t care I hope he never gets any more business ever that’s not the way you treat people in the world if you want to keep your business
This hotel is trash i was supposed to check in at 8am I didnt get checked in until almost 10am the reservations center kept hanging up on me when I called to complain upper management as well as the manager Shanika was supposed to call me back and never did not to mention all of the drug addicts that are running around its was a terrible experience and I will never be back
RecommendedBYOCM, bring your own cleaning materials? The carpets are ridiculous the ice machine had black mold and empty wine bottles in it, the communal microwave look like a tomato was exploded in it
the manager tried to physically force his way in my room even after I said he could come in once I got appropriate clothes on

We booked a reservation after needing a room between moving . We have two small children .first off they lost our reservation so we’ve been sitting here for 30 mins still waiting. The man that is working was very rude I was not having it. I will never ever come back here nor would I ever recommend it to any one else unless you’d like to wait around in the lobby and wonder where your money has gone since they can’t find the reservation!
This place is absolutely horrible, and one of the WORST experiences as a traveler I have ever had. The property is infested with transients, the staff is rude and disrespectful, the rooms are infested with bugs, dirty linens and towels, a dirty grimy room, the Television didn’t work and because I complained the “Manager” threatened to throw me out of my room and off the property.
