Killed spiders couldn’t get tv to work on and off the hot tub water didn’t stay in long just a lot for 170 room! No microwaves
RecommendedNice sized room. Unexpectedly stranded here due to motorcycle break down. Staff was helpful and courteous and gave us a discount! Decent restaurant across the street and right next door to the motorcycle dealership.
Allowed unclean pets. Bug infestation. Drug attics wondering area. Overcharged nights. Threatened. I got evicted. Major bug bites. Hospitalized. I lost all my possessions here. Contacted health department.
absolutely the most unpleasant experience I've had, EVER! and I travel for work alot and usually and always choose Baymont inn for week stays or several days, This will be the very last time I ever come back.
Disgusting and uninhabitable! Nothing like the pictures! There was even blood on our floor. We stayed somewhere else. And the manager Travis is a lying POS

Reserved our room had confirmation email and all. After being at Dollywood all day we went to check in and was told our reservation some how wasn’t available and they were completely booked. With absolutely no help from the staff or hotel in finding another hotel we spent the next two hours looking for a hotel room. Everything and I do mean everything was completely booked. So my 2 daughters, wife and me slept in our vehicle all night. Weekend trip completely ruined!! Not to mention it was my 7 year olds birthday.

RecommendedGreat service . Like the best out of the last 20 hotel visits, I was the happiest with this one. I usually pay 50-400 a night so I know what I am talking about. Great job !
