They have only regular TV channels. Rust at the bottom of the refrigerator. Cigarette burn mark on the bedding in a non smoking room.
RecommendedRooms are okay. Repairs need to be done. Several stains in carpet area in hallways. Bed mattresses are literally sitting on the floor. Samantha at front desk was very polite, considerate and very helpful when checking in. The night staff, not so much. Room only had 1 towel, there are 2 of us, and it seemed to be a bother asking for more towels. RecommendedLove this hotel, view from balcony is amazing. Would have been there last week but then there was corona :( greetings from Germany to Diane (if you're still working there).
The staff was great for the 5 minutes we saw them b4 there was a glitch in the system and over sold rooms. Not a big deal. Hotel next door. What wasn’t professional or even ADULT LIKE, was the hotels.com rep screaming so loud at the manager we could hear over the phone. HORRIBLE TO THE HOTELS.COM REP… Very Unprofessional!!! Management and staff at hotel were GREAT!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They need new management here. We booked a whirlpool suite on priceline and it states that it fits 4 people. We get there and they say they cannot let us stay there because only two adults can be in that room and we had 3 adults and one child. So they put us in a bedroom with two queen beds. Secondly, our microwave didn’t work and we let them know and they said they will be up with another microwave in 30 minutes.
