Good hotel, lovely and gracious staff. Breakfast included. Swimming lol (indoor) next to work out room.
Being a guest of my daughter's I didn't have the opportunity to book in. All the way from outside to the entrance of the lobby was clean and although the people at the front desk didn't know me they were courteous and friendly....... Overall the short experience was fab....

If you are in Picayune or surrounding area needing a place to stay, this is it! Great staff and always clean.
I loved it. It is a very quiet and clean motel. I was actually there looking for employment, but hey I would recommend that anyone stay there. Trust me, you would love it.
Nice, new facility! Upon entering the the parking area I noticed how the clean the property was. That's always a good indicator of how things will go. Checking in was a breeze. The nice lady desk clerk was smiling and very pleasant! The room itself is awesome and has a nice skyline view! The cleaning ladies were nice as well! Kudos! Kudos! Kudos! ����������
