This hotel stay was excellent. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was extremely clean and our sleep was restful. Comfy beds and great breakfast! The hotel was quiet and safe. It was a great pleasure to stay here and will do it again!

My family (15 of us from different states) enjoyed our stay at the Inn. We were very impressed with the excellent quality of the breakfast. Staff was very helpful with directions to different places in the area. In spite of the noise from the highway, overall, we had a wonderful time.

Very nice stay. Overall the hotel was clean and orderly; the staff was very polite and helpful; easy access to highway; located in a safe area with a nice barbecue restaurant a short distance away; there were also other restaurants nearby.

I stayed here recently on business travel and thought this hotel met my needs just fine. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The free wi-fi signal in the room was strong and I had no issues with that. The breakfast was free and a little more than continental. The staff was very personable. The only thing was the person I was staying with could not access the internet on the computer in the business area and there was no one available that knew how to fix it. I was to make a trip to Trussville with my 12 year old granddaughter for a volleyball tournament while her parents were on vacation. I had a pleasant experience making the reservations and they were very helpful in telling me how far the volleyball venue was from the hotel, about the breakfast, etc. The night before we were to stay there (and very close to the cut off time) the venue was changed to a school 35 minutes away. Room 324, the Presidential Suite is a great room if you having visitors to your room or you are a family of four. There is a living room with a large window overlooking the atrium. There's a large desk, a comfortable chair & ottoman & a TV. You can close the heavy curtains for privacy if you chose to use the sofa sleeper in this room. We just spent 1 night in this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and to see relatives. I have to admit, we did enjoy our stay very much. The hotel is clean & comfortable. We stayed on 2nd floor, room was spacious, clean & quiet. Breakfast area was clean. Food is the typical hotel complementary breakfast, but we enjoyed the convenience. I routinely stay at HI-Trussville atleast once a week on business travel. The staff always makes sure to accomodate everything I need and if there's ever any problems, they always make sure the problem is resolved. Breakfast is always good, rooms are always clean, and the location is always a plus. Trussville has everything a traveler needs from Wal-Mart to a gym to nice restaurants.
