Very comfortable/affordable/clean.
We were passing through on our way to Gatlinburg. Arrived very late but we were still greeted courteously. The room was very clean. A/C worked fine. Choices for breakfast were a little more than a typical continental breakfast...pancakes, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries and more.
Wonderful room, wonderful staff, wonderful amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Birmingham area. OUTSTANDING accommodations.
Brief family visit, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly.
I am a school bus driver and I brought football players to Clay, AL for a camp and I decided to stay here based on the hotels location. Once I got there it was clean and every worker greeted me and said hi can I help you with anything. This was a plus for me and I will be going back in the future. Thanks for a great stay.
Our stay was great, the room was nice and clean, the staff were really nice. The hot breakfast in the morning was really good. The cinnamon buns are reason enough to go back!!!
Janine welcomed me when I came into the hotel. She was very friendly and helped me upgrade my reservation to get just the rooms I wanted at a great price!
Holiday Inn should use this location as a model for all their other hotels! I'd highly recommend this hotel!
In the Trussville area, this should be your first choice; great value for the money.
