Stay from May 6th to May 8th. Very pleasant stay. Hotel room was quiet. Only complain was the renovations. very strong fume smell, other then that excelled stay. There was an African American woman during hours of 3-11, who checked us in and was very welcoming and good at her job. She was trained well. The night auditor was also good and efficient at his job. I work at hotel so I know how they are ran. Kudos to staff. Have family in Birmingham, and will stay here again in future.

The holiday inn express in Trussville Alabama was good for a quick stop over for a night. The area felt safe and hotel grounds were well lit. My room was clean and comfortable.

The room and staff were very nice and helpful. I couldn't give it a better rating as the place is undergoing renovation. If I ever go back to Trussville, I'd definitely stay there again. I was there to attend my grandmothers funeral and had booked two nights because of bad weather but had no problem when I could leave after the first night.

First I would like to say ms jasmine the front desk agent was AWESOME. It was a mistake with the room I had on reservation. She got me a better room and was very fast at addressing the issue. So again thanks ms jasmine.

Nice hotel, nothing extravagant, but perfect stop along the highway. Typical Holiday Inn Express. Clean facilities, pleasant staff, excellent free breakfast.

I really had a good time at this Hotel, this wasn't my first stay here. I really like the clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is good with many restaurants nearby. There's a YMCA across the street which you have free access to for staying at the Holiday Inn Express.
