We have stayed at this hotel, several times, because it is conveniently located, near our family & we can count on a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly & helpful. We also like the nearby restaurants, particularly "Lone Star," since we don't have one of those, at home.
Being in town to help care for an ailing parent we never knew when we would get to catch some sleep, but each time we returned to our room we were able to rest, relax and recharge for our next shift.
It was a great stay. Very relaxing. Cannot wait to go back!! The location was great and near lots of shopping and restaurants.
Janine welcomed me when I came into the hotel. She was very friendly and helped me upgrade my reservation to get just the rooms I wanted at a great price! Later in the evening, Janine was very quick to bring linens to our room for the sofabed (there was only a pillow in the closet, no sheets or blankets). LOVED the open atrium in the middle of the hotel! LOVED the cozy welcome area with couch, 2 upholstered chairs, TV and fireplace just beyond the lobby! We stayed here overnight while on a trip to Tennessee for our honeymoon. We arrived around 11:30pm. Check in was a breeze. Not a bad hotel for a decent price. Checked out before 7:00 am with no issues.
Very easy to check-in and out. The staff was very nice and helpful. The guest room/bathroom was clean!
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed extremely comfortable.
Will stay at this location again, rooms were clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly.
