Traveled with an elderly cousin who uses a walker and we had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Trussville, AL. Room was very clean, comfortable and the bathroom was very easy for my cousin to maneuver. Hope to stay at another Holiday Inn Express one of these days!
We were in town for our granddaughter's volleyball tournament in Birmingham. We found this hotel online. Its not as close to Birmingham as we would have thought, but we had a scenic ride into town. The hotel is in process of extensive renovation, but it did not affect the quality of our stay.
Upon my arrival Friday night, of renting a two room suite, the A/C unit didn't work in one of the rooms. The staff offered me an additional king suite at no charge for the two night stay. Also they came in Sat and changed out the non-working A/C unit. The manager also left two care packages with a apology letter for the inconveince with our stay. I believe the staff went over and above their calling.
Excellent value for area and the location was convenient to shopping / great restaurants. Well worth the price for the comfort and security.
I wanted to change from double beds to a king bed. The front assisted me in making this happen. The check out was quick. They responded to our needs immediately.
Clean and quiet, Chris was very friendly and helpful. and great location.
Chris was pleasant, also beautiful location. Its being renovated, but its very quiet. The breakfast food was very very delicious. This location is near everything. Every was great with my stay. I will be staying again and again and again.
The hotel is older and they were renovating when I stayed, however, it was very very quiet and extremely clean, which is a MAJOR plus for me.
Very clean. We had a good stay.
