The hotel it’s self was nice, breakfast was good & location very close to airport. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the shuttle service to airport was late & didn’t really know where to drop us off. The driver was very sweet though. She was not the regular driver.
The hotel was very clean, the staff was very courteous, it was in a prime location and the price was rite!

The staff went next door and bought me pancakes because the machine was broken in the lobby this is excellent service
Great staff. Very convenient, good location, kust 15 mins walk to my Church, which is important to me. Shuttle pick up and return to go to the Mall. All in all no complaints. Would definitely be staying here whenever I come to Miami.
We are always satisfied at this HOTEL👍 All STAFF are so friendly, specially YARISOL& TRISHA. ROOM IS PERFECT❤️👍
