rooms are so outdated and a Miss representation of the brand. Even though the staff was lovely. I will never ever ever ever ever ever stay at this one again. no fridge jetted tub wtf. but again the staff was most poliet people I've experienced with igh and holiday inn Express

After a horrific day at MIA the hotel greeted my family with empathy, was extremely fast to check us in, arranged and delivered extra toiletries to our room before we even got to it as our luggage was lost. The room was amazing and service better than 5 star hotels I have been to. Even the shuttle driver insisted on driving an extra 50ft so we didn’t have to walk it. The Hotel Is Good To Stay At But The Only Thing I Dont Like Is That It Doesn't Have A Pool/Hot Tub
I gave it 3 stars because I had to wait 1 hour at the airport and the shuttle never came and receptions said he was on a break. When I said an hour break he just shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. And the last two nights I was there the fir alarm would go off at 2:48am. On a good note I loved that they had turkey patties and a veggie eggs.
