Very poor. When I’m paying Manhattan prices, I don’t necessarily expect high end, but I do expect it to be clean!!!! All Miami hotels are expensive, but if you can stay somewhere else, I would!!

The shuttle driver was very friendly and even stopped by the store for us on our way to hotel. Oscar at the front desk was excellent!! Extremely friendly and inviting. The hotel is within walking distance of a great sports bar and we had a ball!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express!!!
Zona que no es segura nos rompieron el Vidrio de la van y robaron dos valijas del parking del hotel que no se hizo cargo de la situación
Mala ubicación. La zona es peligrosa. En el estacionamiento del hotel nos rompieron una ventanilla del automóvil y nos robaron dos valijas. El hotel no se hace responsable. Un desastre. No recomendable.
