Great location as close to the airport. The service was excellent and I was especially impressed by Amy who took pity on my flight being delayed so extended my room stay and offered me a lift to the airport. She was very friendly and a great choice for front desk.

Horrible experience. I booked several rooms for an upcoming event. The day before we had to cancel 2 of the rooms due to an emergency. It was unforseen as we are first responders. We were well within the cancelation window but we're still billed for one of the rooms. To top that off we were billed more than the cost of room minus the points! Customer service was horrible both at the hotel and ihg. I am or was a loyal platinum member.

The staff was nice, but the rooms were fairly dirty. Brown spots on the bottom of the bed. The shower hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. We also didn't receive service on our 3 day stay.
