RecommendedMy sister and I drove by on our way to visit my nephew in his new house and I knew we had to stop by for a cocktail afterwards. This is THE classic American Supper Club experience. I live in Colorado and will be returning at first chance!
We went around 7 pm. We didn't have reservations. We decided to wait an hour for a table. Mind you, we are a bunch of food service managers just wanting to have a romantic dinner. Naturally we waited that long-its the hob nob!. We decided to have drinks at a table outside.. We waited about 15 minutes to have an order taken. Th Hobnob Restaurant is an excellent source of fine food. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. A place for good food, and cocktails, just like back in the day in the 50’s. The farm to table idea is awesome!
This restaurant is so enjoyable. They truly know what COMFORT means and how important it is. They go to great lengths to achieve maximum comfort, with there chairs, casters on chairs, bar stools, table cloths and unique decor. Then on top of that, incredibly delicious food, at surprisingly reasonable prices. Every staff member we encountered has been delightful and professional.
We really enjoy the Friday fish options, the generous wine rations and the outstanding service. We always feel well fed at a reasonable price🍷👍
Good service. We had steaks that were well cooked, but the sides were either salty or dry. Their scalloped potatoes need cream and butter with a dash of white pepper and emmenthal cheese not cheddar. Mascarpone cheese cake with fruit had toasted coconut and was good.
We've heard so many good things about this restaurant, so we finally went and tried it out and were incredibly disappointed. The food was great but the service was horrible. It took our waitress 25 minutes to check on how our meal was. We were not asked if we'd like more drinks- our glasses sat empty the entire meal. Desserts looked delicious but the service was so horrible it wasn't worth the effort. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
The stuffed mushrooms are fantastic not to mention the baked French onion soup. Everything that I have had here has never disappointed me.
