We went last night and had the worst restaurant experience ever. It took over an hour for a party of two to get bread. Another 30 minutes to get the soup and salad. Our plates strayed on the table over thirty minitues after our soup and salad were finished. People received their meals all around us and left after we were seated. All we received were excuses from the wait staff and manager. After 2 hours my wife and I walked out without our entre. We will never go to this restaurant ever again. Great views, should be a gold mine of diners and activity. Soso cocktails, uninspired (not engaging) bartenders. Wait staff dull. Ok food. Management? Obviously absent. There for a special dinner, party of 6, nothing special, disappointed. Will never go back.
Overall everything was great. There were 5 in our group and we had an 8:00 reservation. In the future, I'd make a reservation and request the room that has a lake view (south of the bar). My husband had an issue with the special he had ordered and the manager couldn't have been nicer and offered to get him something else or remove the charge from our bill. Amazing!!!! The baked french onions soup is the best and the steak has so much flavor!
Bartender was great and every bit of food was fabulous! Had filet mignon and it was like butter! I highly recommend this place! The gorgonzola sauce was to die for!
Great food, drinks and great view. It's an experience. It's worth the wait....

It's not a supper club with out the relish dish. Please bring it back. The duck � i had was the best.
