RecommendedTook my wife to Hoag Urgent care last night just because we know they have top notch services over the years we visit them, sure enough she was called in last than 5 minutes of waiting.
RecommendedI visited Hoag Urgent Care for a pulled hamstring and the doctor was great! He did numerous tests on my leg and reassured me that I didn’t need surgery. I am a very active person and I was worried about the swelling and the length of time for recovery, but he reassured me that it was normal. I love going to Hoag Urgent Care. You get in right away and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable!
In the past I would have recommended this place as I had always had a positive experience. That is, until my experience with “Doctor” Steindler. Honestly one of the most incompetent, oblivious, judgemental and rude doctors that I have encountered. He should not even have the honor of practicing medicine. In addition, I expressed my concerns about my horrible experience in surveys that Hoag sent me and each time I requested to be contacted by management and two months later I still have not gotten a response! RecommendedI’ve been to many other urgent cares in the OC and this one definitely tops them all. The doctors and entire staff are thorough and caring. They’ve always addressed all of my concerns. I really like the idea of being able to check in online ahead of time, but even if I hadn’t checked in the walk-in wait times are not as bad as other places. As for those who feel differently, they’ve probably never seen what bad is.
RecommendedThe staff were professional super friendly , They were super kid friendly with my 4 year old daughter and gave her a coloring page with crayons 🖍 which cheered her up even tho she has a very painful Ear infection 👂🏼👂🏼😢 we will always come back 😊 Thank you for being available for us on a Sunday 👍👍
