Hoag Urgent Care is better than the best! This was my first experience with this level of such expert care and professionalism. I was seen so quickly with no waiting time and my symptoms were detected Immediately. The necessary emergency response personnel were called and there within minutes of my first walking in. Hoag urgent care on Sand Canyon is the best UC I have ever been to. Competent caring efficient staff get you in and out in no time.
What a terrific urgent care office! Super friendly, professional and efficient at the desk, the medical assistant I saw, and the Doc I saw. The office is very clean and bright. They have online check in, which shows the number of people waiting ahead of you, and approximate wait time. I chose to go when it wasn’t busy. They were very thorough, I will definitely be coming here going forward!
I was seen fairly quickly. Although I didn't use it, I like the ability to checking in online. Will definitely consider using that if I need to return to HUCI in the future. NP who introduced herself was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The X-ray tech, who I don't remember his name even though he told me, who took my X-ray and gave my my nebulizer Tx was also equally as great.
