The lady at the front desk has to be the rudest person I have dealt with at a doctors office. She pretty much threw the clipboard at me to sign in. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere. It was actually impressive that she felt comfortable talking to a patient like that. I was extremely polite there was absolutely no reason for it. I wouldn’t have a job if I talked to people like that. Apparently it’s considered acceptable at this office based on some of the reviews I see.

I just saw this commercial about how amazing the hospital is and the special rooms that are private. Maybe that depends on what you are there for. My mother was there after a car accident 2 months ago. She arrived to the ER via ambulance. She was on forced O2 because her stats are low but she could speak if they lifted the mask for a second. The worst experience I have every had here. I am currently still sitting in the ER, with a totally uncompassionate doctor. I have been in pain for hours, asked for help with it, being ignored. I have not a thing nice to say about this visit.
