I just want to say I think these people are amazing. My 3 year old daughter was diagnosed about a month ago with a rare autoimmune disease, juvenile dermatomyositis. From the moment we met our Rheumatologist Dr. Janow, to our clinical nurse Doreen Tabussi, we felt like our hands were truly being held. Dr. Janow and Doreen have been in contact with us frequently and have answered any question/concern we've had, while adjusting to our new "normal" with meds, etc with our daughter. Anytime my family member has been admitted we had given an updated list of meds each time and yet when nurse came In to give meds we asked what they were giving her. Well still they never bother to update and was going to give her meds she was no longer on . Could have been life threatening. No 2 staff members follow the same precautions for isolation. And ignore signs that say please assist with meals. My love one is in a fragile state and there is no room for the mistakes that are happening . When brought up to higher staf... read more
