My husband took me to the ER yesterday in severe pain. The staff was very pleasant but the wait to see a doctor was rediculous! I asked why and was told they go by priority and I said I think the people in the most distress should go first, not the lady with poison ivy on her arm. Once I went to a room they were very accommodating, got me pain meds and blankets. The doctor was very nice and my nurse was a doll. The ER was not crowded so there really isn't any excuse to leave people waiting so long tho!
The ER was a night mere! The Nurse's were really out numbered. I feel bad for the staff having to put up with abuse from people who had to wait hour's. If I ever need to go to an ER again it will not be AT JSUMC

August 30th my son Isaiah had a dental procedure at the Amdur building. Everyone involved were so great! They were nice, professional and patient with us since we were asking so many questions. Thank you for taking such great care of our son and making us feel comfortable to ask all kind of questions before and after the procedure!
