Very thorough inspection.
The inspector was very thorough in his inspection as well as explaining the report to us as buyers. We are grateful because we believe it saved a lot of headache, money, and ultimately our lives due to safety issues at the property. Thank you!

Pruning can be just as much of an art form as it is a technique, but when pruning is not done correctly, you can do more harm than good. The solution is to prune with caution and do your research.

An 8' x 8' sun canopy and some painter's plastic is all you need for a DIY paint booth. Try it out for your next finishing project.

While you can expect to make a few blunders the first time you do anything new, the stakes are a bit higher when buying a home. A few slip-ups can end up costing thousands of dollars—and possibly your dream home.
