I was in an accident right before Christmas and had to get my car towed while I went to the hospital. Everyone I dealt with at Hix especially Trisha were wonderful! They made a horrible event easier to get through!
this place is terrible. They failed to register my vehicle with the police and also failed to notify me my car had been towed untill almost 2 weeks later. the over all bill is almost 1400 dollars. i had to pay almost 150 to get my belongings out. i was told all i needed was my ID to get my belongings then they said i needed my registration which is no longer in the car since the car was towed.
Great people. Enjoyed viewing the eclipse with them. Love you guys for the once in a lifetime opportunity and experience you gave to your Pepsi driver Monday �
Thank you hix towing and rusty for coming out yesterday and helping me get out of a tough spot I really appreciate it, mr rusty was very polite and professional and got me rolling again rusty turned a stressful situation Into a relaxing situation:)
