great company and fast service
We were stranded in a Rest Area with our Class A diesel pusher RV. Hix came to the rescue on a dark rainy night and towed us to the campground to be with family. The driver was so kind and worked diligently to get us out of there in spite of the miserable conditions. After delivering us to the campground - he was even able to rrecommend a 24/7 repair shop to help fix us up at the campground so we could get back home. WOW - they are a 5 out of 5 star rating for us.
Hix towed our truck with the bed loaded with heavy logs. They were the only ones we could find with the capability to do it. They are well equipped, professional, communication was great. The driver, Dan, was awesome and friendly! Thank you so much!

this is one of the worst companies I've ever delt with!!! the "manager" has the secretary or whoever REBECCA IS do his talking for him. paid this place $125 to do $800 worth of damage & yes the TOW company IS responsible for the damages & their drivers #16 Bobby & #3 John are LIARS & IDIOTS!!
