Bought a truck 2 weeks ago, called Hiway FCU to see if they could get me a better interest rate. Refinanced today at 3.24% for 72 months. Down 1.5% from the financing the dealership got me. Thanks for the BIG savings!! Membership pays!!!
Great customer service! I had an issue with the wrong style debit card being issued to me; i called and the gal took care of it ASAP. I do wish I had jotted her name down!
Their 90s era ATMs stole $85 from my girlfriend and apparently no one has video or computer proof that the money got sucked in. They basically say we're SOL. Fix your damn systems. Barabara and Hillary treat us like we're trying to scam them, I make plenty of money, I don't need to lie to make it. Fuck you. Ready to file a complaint with the Federal Reserve Board against you.
Declining service over the past 6-8 months. Not sure what's going on, but issue after issue, all simple "banking 101" types of things: Misapplied payments, deposits made to wrong accounts, not receiving statements, etc. Considering other CUs at this point.
