I asked for a payoff of my car loan amount. They told me the exact amount and I paid it off. A week or so went by and they said I owed them an additional $500 roughly due to me not paying the entire loan off. I called and talked to a manager. He reviewed the phone call they recorded and verified the employee made a mistake but I still had to pay the $500 or they would not release my lien card. What a joke! Will never do business with them again!

I am very disappointed in this bank . I did a fraud claim for stuff I didn't authorize they denied it 😤. Said I need to take it up with the individual I have no contact with the individual! very dissatisfied! Soon as my money hits I am withdrawing it and going to another bank.
