ATM are always down . They need to update their atms so that we can do deposits and not have to take out my card and reinsert it to read the chips . I have limited ATMS that i can use to take out cash in and around the city area . If I go to the atm it’s always down .
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Since when do you guys give out new member numbers without informing the member??? I called in regarding an online transaction that wasn’t going through, and was met with “That’s not your member number.” I’m telling the rep over and over again that it is, because that’s still the same member number I use for online banking and when I previously called in the past couple of times, I was still using that member number. The rep is now telling me that the member number I... read more
My Mom has had a car loan with Hiway Federal Credit Union for the last 5 years; she fell behind at one point when she was laid off, and has since caught up. She has requested statements and payoff amounts several times. I help her send in her payments, so I know they are receiving them. She is looking at trading in her car, and called the bank again this past week for a payoff... read more
Business response:
Hi Jessica, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is not typical that an associate would refuse documentation on a member account. In order to look into this experience further, we would like to speak with your mom and help her work through this. Please ask her to call our Member Advocate, Diane McLean, at 651-225-6211. Thank you.
This place is bs! I was told a while back that there was a skip a payment program here, then someone called back and said there wasn't. Recently I saw on their website that they do and a woman even said they do, but they can't for us. WHAT IS IT THEN? YES OR NO? I SWEAR THIS IS PURE DISCRIMINATION! I have an appointment with my family attorney tomorrow, to discuss what options I have available. You guys have been nothing but the opposite of helpful since day one.
Very disappointed!! They dont have respect for people and yelled at me when trying to clear things out. Im so dissapointed will never make business with this company again!
I would definitely recommend, but one thing that needs to be changed is the amount time you're on hold when you first call in. I've been on hold for over 13 minutes without so much as a hello. If the wait times are that long, update your system so I can just get a call back instead of sitting on hold.
