Worst bank EVER! Giant hassle every single time I go in! I'm sitting in the drive thru right now waiting and they are claiming that they need my information for my name change even though I have given them my ID every time I come in and have given them my marriage certificate in person AND via mail it has been 4 years and it's ridiculous!!!! The customer service is embarrassing!
I was so happy to find out that I could keep banking with them through the credit union co-op after I moved to Colorado. I have never had a better banking experience than with Hiway.

We have banked here since the 1970s. The people are very helpful, the agreements that they have with other banks for deposits and free ATMs are great, and I love the ease of the online banking.
