Banked with FSFCU until they merged with HiWay. Continued with hyway, have had excellent service, with now issues. Staff have always been pleasant, and have responded very professionally to all my questions. I Love banking With Hiyway
Very inconvenient. I had problems using my account multiple times. Was forced to switch to their terrible mobile banking service since they are getting rid of the easier to use online deposit system. The customer service is OK, but doesn't make up for the constant problems. After too many problems I've pretty much had enough at this point...
Do not recommend doing business with Hiway Federal Credit Union even a little bit. Made payment in full on a quoted payoff amount. Apparently they added 96 cents to leave a balance then took a payment of $375. Gave them a call to rectify the situation and their piss poor customer service transferred me several times and could only tell me what they couldn't do. Closed the account. #aintnovodygottimeforthat #hiway #byefelicia
Unless your a member we can't do a notary for you......last I checked per the state of mn you can't deny the notary unless the form your signing is illegal. Oh but they will b happy to take my money to start an account for me. Really?!?! No! I'll go to Wells Fargo and do it for free. Least they are customer friendly.
