I am loving the app that lets me take pictures of checks and deposit them that way. I have been with HFCU for over 30 years. I love the fact they actually recognize you when you go into the office. I have had very few problems with them. My favorite place to do banking!! (Miss seeing you Missy! Don't seem to get to the St. Paul branch much recently)
I have been a member of the credit union since 1973 on a small corner of 6th floor. We lined up down the hall every payday or to do any other business. Now look at what the size of our business is. Every one of us the members are owners like coops. We, the members, earn all the profit and benefits of the credit union and other benefits such as the discounted rates of loans and higher interest of savings, also other free and discounted services. We have had our family accounts with Hiway for many years and we have always been very pleased with the people & services. I would highly recommend it.
I have had an account with Hiway since I was a child. Hiway has grown with me throughout the years. They have handled all of my banking needs and helped me buy vehicles and eventually my home. Now my children are members and I expect Hiway will support them as they grow up and become independent adults. I know they will be in good hands.
Treating people more like a bank then a Credit Union. Behind on my Mortgage and have a plan to repay them to catch up and have corresponded that to them. Now I am locked out of my account access with no notice. Worked security there during Y2K and opened an account. Helped design Aimme for them. This is the thanks I get
