Dinner and a ballgame? Hits at the Park is the restaurant located in right field of Harbor Park, the Norfolk Tides baseball stadium. The food here is good, but the biggest draw is certainly the view of the field (and the air conditioning on those hot summer nights!). Prices are a little high and you are required to have a game ticket to get in, but it's definitely a very fun experience that I would recommend to people. Enjoy!
