Sloppy trim work . Attached our garage hardware upside down and lost a piece. Put filler in our driveway cracks and obviously hadn’t checked the weather forecast because it poured all afternoon and washed all the filler away. Charged us for cleaning our driveway prior to the downpour, even though it will all have to be redone since the filler washed out leaving a sandy residue on the aggregate.
