Spent the night last in an elegant room that was clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed and chair. Also had a microwave and small fridge. Stay was topped off with a hot breakfast surrounded by history and artifacts. We will stay here again when we pass through again
Nice nostalgic atmosphere, people are nice. Rooms are clean and staff is very nice
Great place for history buffs and friendly staff. Great prices a d good Resteraunt and bar
Loved it.. very beautiful old time theme rooms.. but kinda creepy as well!
Room was missing a few things like remote for the tv, complimentary hygiene items and I didn't really get to see any ghosts or haunting activity besides when the decorative pillow fell over when I was nowhere near it. Other than all that I've got no real complaints.

We are so glad to see that you have seen the love and care that Astrid and the staff bring to The Plains Hotel. As a Cheyenne native myself, it reminds me to back when I was a kid. We hope that you will continue to come back to see the great improvements happening. Just since you have been here the ball room has got a facelift. Thank you.
I stayed here a few years ago. I’ve been to many beautiful hotels all around the world, Barcelona, Paris, Thailand, LA, Chicago, nyc, Miami, San Francisco-EVERYWHERE but this is my favorite. I love the Native American and western theme. Its kept very clean. The staff is great. It’s a historical hotel that has been around many years and many lives have been lived in and around here. I don’t feel it’s creepy. I love being surrounded by the spirits that reside here. It’s part of the experience.
It was awesome staff was friendly, had a free shuttle service beds were comfortable showers was good and hot will be back
