Boylan is a cut above most apartments. Historical charm in a great community. Best of all, support is outstanding. The woman focused on support, Tabitha, is a star - resolving issues and keeping residents happy every single day.
The leasing Manager Tabitha Hunnewell is the most helpful, quick to respond person I have ever messaged with at any apartment I’ve lived at. She is incredible at her job, and very understanding. Living there is worth it for so many reasons, but you can trust that she will get back to you promptly about anything! It has been such a pleasure living here, and getting to know the wonderful staff :) Highly recommend this complex!
My son had to break his lease due to a school program and Tabitha was so helpful getting this done for us smoothly and made the process easy. She is communicative and a great listener so it made things really nice. I am so glad she is back at Fulton Peak!!!
We lived here for 2 years. The location is perfect, and the apartments are gorgeous! Maintenance was fast and efficient, and our property manager Tabitha was incredibly helpful with everything!
