Great place to live! Management is great. Shout out to Valincia for making our stay here truly immaculate.
Valincia at Historic Boylan Apartments is amazing. She is their best hire hands down. Her and her team have changed this place for the better and as a resident I really appreciate her. The customer service and responsiveness is top tier and she is the best thing I’ve seen since living here. I highly recommend living here especially with the management they have in place.
Management seems to have adopted a pretty novel model of apartment administration. You live in Fayetteville, show up about once a week, and let AI manage the residents. We get texts several times a week, basically every other day, with some new reminder, warning, request, rule, or thing we are supposed to do. Right now being a resident here feels like a part-time job. I was really enjoying this apartment when I moved in earlier this year in 2026. Since the change in management, there have been even more issues. They send constant texts and emails that are AI slop, saying they are “improving” the apartments. In reality, they are saying they are “fixing” things and not getting them done, and simply bothering their residents more. Were there issues before?
