11/2020 -Dr. Anita Hirsch is the absolute most evil and incompetent doctor I have ever met. Yes, this woman is rude and overcharges, like $900 for a 10 min session, but that is the least of it, she is deadly with her meds. My daughter was transferred to GSMO Behavioural Center after a bad bought of depression and anxiety during pandemic. She was optimistic that she was going to get the help she needed. Dr. Hirsch Anita, MD IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DOCTOR!!! Our 15 years old daughter was brought to Mills Adolescent Mental Health center after 2 days at the emergency hospital. She arrived 4 am in the morning and did not see any doctor before 8 pm at night (Dr. Hirsch Anita, MD) for a 10 minutes consultation. We have been reaching out to speak with the doctor but we didn't get any response. Misdiagnosed and not useful
She was extremely rude and verbally abusive. Worst psychiatrist I have ever seen.
Awful psychiatrist. She sits with you for 10 minutes and is rude. She tries to keep you longer in a facility even when you’re doing well. She needs to retire or be fired. She doesn’t do her job nor does she care about her clients.
Although Dr. Hirsch has yelled at me several times, I've chosen to stick with her, as in many ways, her direct approach has served me well. I also appreciate that she spends a full hour with me, which I think gives her a better understanding when it comes to med adjustments. However, she is very difficult to reach, which has caused me serious problems. On one occasion, I texted her in the morning saying I wanted to "slit my wrists again." She never responded. I saw DR. Hirsch while in a mental health treatment facility. She would come into my room for about 60 seconds, ask a couple questions, and try to leave as soon as possible. When I asked her to stay longer, since I desperately needed help (had just attempted suicide) she got annoyed and said she didn't have time to talk. Was very rude, negative, and seemed to hate her job. If I was pretty enough, I would sue her. But I will do her a favor and just leave a bad review. Horrible "doctor"
My wife was charged (after insurance) over $900 for three 20 minute visits. In addition, Dr. Hirsch wouldn't give my wife her tax ID for my wife to present to her insurance company so she could receive back pay from her school district. In addition, Dr. Hirsch didn't return any of my wife's voice mails or personal note. Her voice mail was actually full the last time she tried. A bit odd for a psychiatrist.
