My experiences at Hippiechic have been nothing short of incredible! The entire staff is always so kind and willing to help, and I have yet to have any problems with the jewelry I've purchased as the products are always of the highest quality. Truly always such an enjoyable and easy experience whenever I'm there! It's a shame I can only give them five stars; if I could I'd give them ten!

Giving a rating of 1 is purely due to the lovely selection of jewelry. As someone who has ordered internationally, it was unfortunate that I was met with horrible customer service (very rude tone, and not able to meet promises). If you are outside Miami, I do not recommend that you purchase from this store as it will give you a headache. There is no tracking system or notifications sent by the company.
