I was very pleased with the curb service from start to end. Valet personnel was as professional as the checkin clerk. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. A patio overlooking a creasant moon as the Waikiki Beach was sparkling off the water. A romantic getaway for sure.
Can not fault a thing absolutely loving everything about this hotel and would return
Starting from the Valet Parking to the food at M.A.C. 24 food rest everything was excellent 👍🏼🤙🏼
Great hotel with excellent staff who fall over themselves to help. Love the cabanas in the pool area-a new addition since our last stay. Enjoying our time here!!
We booked this hotel for a week to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. After 12 hr flight, we were given a room where AC was not working and carpet was wet. We were given another room but our Digital key card was not changed and then few days later (today) bathroom ceiling started leaking. We missed our family evening beach swim to accommodate the fixing. Quite honestly, I don't even want to touch my belongings after seeing all the dirty water come down from ceiling.
