Super staff! Especially the wait staff! I felt like I was a special guest with all the attention given, food plated nicely and delivered quickly. Offered takeout drinks each time without being asked. Expressed regret at anything they didn't have. Recommended places of interest. One couple was charged for drinks that were included in our dinner special and were given a certificate for two buffet breakfasts! THE place to stay!
Our stay was the best so far on our month long road trip. I'd like to mention how efficient and friendly the entire staff was! Our room attendants, the nice man with the shoe shine business, Alvin at the front desk and Matthew and Kay, the wait staff. Rooms were clean and updated and roomy. Thank you for great care. I'd like to suggest microwaves in the rooms.
Wonderful hotel. Stayed there last night and it was great. Room was big and very clean with a great view of the Brazos River. We had access to the executive lounge and it was well stocked with snacks and beverages. Bar was really nice and inviting. Bartender was very nice and friendly. Check in desk personnel were very informative and nice. Walking distance to everything. Plan to come again soon. Thank u for the great stay....
Great walking distant to many things & the beds & pillows were so comfy.
This is in regards to the service at "The Grill" I stopped by for what I thought was going to be a quick bite in-between conference sessions. Turns out they were short staffed and meal took almost 35min to come out. The chef personally brought out the meal and apologized. The sever explained the situation and apologized as well and meal was comp. Even if I did lose time they had the foresight to make sure I left satisfied.
