We had a small problem with our room and it was corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Everyone was very friendly. It was clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Erica as we were checking in.
Beautiful and newly updated!!! Very good place to take pictures and easily accessible to many landmarks.
Enjoyable stay...comfortable and close to restrauants...nice bar area for just chilling out without having to travel around Waco.
Wonderful place to get away with the wife for our anniversary. Very well located. A free tram will pick you up just across the street and take you to all the local attractions. We upgraded to the king corner room and it was awesome. Wonderful views of the river and skyline.
The location and the eclectic neighborhood...yet very safe. Diamond Jack's (walk across the street) has been a favorite of ours as long as we have been coming to Waco on business or leisure! Always top notch and always accomodating!
