They have the best selection of food in town,easy access to all the fun things to do by river ,shopping, access to Cameron park,restaurants, bar's,close Baylor.
Great stay great staff never disappointed with our stay.
We made a prepaid reservation which they had no record of. Charged us again, then rejected our receipt for the original payment. Expected me to provide a bank statement to prove payment. Expected me to call my bank so they could talk to bank for refund. Bank said that is incorrect protocol for refund. HUGE HUGE HUGE runaround. Add to that holes in the floor is our room. Wow.
I wish I could give you 5 stars. The place was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The problem is, no notification that there would be serious remodeling going on. 98 degrees in Texas and no pool access. The pool was there, clean and inviting, but construction on the hallway closed the pool. Also, no gift shop or coffee kiosk like mentioned on here.
This place is awful. AWFUL. Stay away. Far. Away.
