Booked early for corner room facing river for fireworks show. Checked in via Hilton app. Day before. Arrived the hotel was old room was out of service. However knocked on door of room I had checked into on line and heard tv, someone turned it down but did not answer door. They gave my room away after I checked in online.

Excellent place to stay. I was very impressed. Great service from all personnel. Close to everything. Clean room. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I go back to Waco!!
We found the overall hotel dirty. Did not think it reflected the quality that we have come to expect from Hilton properties. The bathroom in our room was in disrepair. The staff in the dining room were most pleasant along with the morning front desk staff. Afternoon front desk staff not as attentive or personable. There was a “no care” attitude. The Executive Level was most disappointing. Upper management needs to focus on a property to meet the expectations of the Hilton brand.
I love this hotel; it is like a home away from home!
