Screwed up our reservation. Won’t have rooms available till 5. Kickoff at 6. Can’t get our money back. Screwed at the Hilton.

Hilton Waco is lovely. My husband & I got married there back in 2014. Everything you would want in a Hotel, they have. The on site restaurant is amazing, and the food is delightful. Never a disappointment to us or anyone we know. Great job Hilton
