Took my Collie Cody to Dr. Betsy for the first time. Excellent staff/care. Affordable and can wait to do some procedures/bloodwork, etc. Dr. Betsy even offers suggestions on managing the care of your family member to ease up on the financial piece. Amazing and compassion vet! You can't go wrong here.
Took my dog in for the first time to the Hilton veterinary clinic, very nice staff, very nice doctor. Gave me good information but not too pushy!
Honestly the BEST vet! I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Betsy and her staff. The facility is spotless, SO clean, and no stinky pet smell. They truly care about your animals, they are kind and tender. I loved how honest Dr Betsy was with us, she offered us many options when it came to the care of our pet. You will not be disappointed!
It is no secret anymore that my boy Eli has a crush on Dr. Betsy after she and her staff took such great care of him during a horrible emergency (he had been attacked by a dog) . She not only helped him beyond expectations, but she helped me, the scared worried Mom that I was that day, feel assured and confident that he was in great care . I'm so happy to finally have a local vet for our dog, Remy, that we trust. The staff are so kind and gentle, and Dr. Betsy truly spent quality time with us to ensure we felt comfortable and understood everything about both the visit and follow-up care. No up-sells, no unnecessary tests/vaccines -- just a really caring, warm experience. I can't say enough great things, and I feel confident that Remy's vet care is in the best hands :)
Brought my two kitties in today for a check up and to get their vaccinations updated. Every single one of the staff members were so awesome. They treated my boys with lots of love, care and even found humor in kitty's escape-artist tendencies! Dr. Betsey was wonderful at explaining everything and made sure to discuss how to keep my pets healthy, with cost affordability. Thank you Hilton Vet for the great visit...so happy my boys are under your care!
