Dr. Betsy and staff are so compassionate! They did everything they could to care my sick boy Jimmy including helping him cross the "rainbow bridge" at home. Wouldn't think of taking our four legged family members anywhere else.
My dog Molly is usually very anxious at the vet and will hide under my chair, shake, and whine. This visit however was much different! Our first time in the office and I could not recommend them more, we were greeted by friendly faces and a great atmosphere. The vet tech Heather was fantastic with her and Dr.Schnur took the time to address all of my questions and recommend solutions explaining everything in detail. We are both very happy and will be continuing to come here. Thank you so much Dr.Schnur and staff!
My usually timid bully mix, who isn't usually fond of going to the vet, had a great experience. They really took the time to make friends with her and help her be at ease. Dr. Betsy was great at answering my questions and letting me know which things should be addressed right away, and what we can save for another visit. Great care quality without any unnecessary expenses.

We recently moved to Ferndale and have been meaning to find a vet closer by. Unfortunately, our first visit was not under the best circumstances: our dog wasn't eating or drinking, had diarrhea, and belly pain. I called doctor Betsy's office on a Saturday to see if they could possibly squeeze us in, even though we had never been there and it was such short notice. Dr. Schnur and her staff are outstanding. I will always be grateful for the loving compassion they showed our dog in his final moments, and their kindness to his grieving humans. I'm also grateful for the excellent care they have taken with our older cat. They take the time to explain everything, answer questions and share their knowledge and experience. I gladly recommend this wonderful clinic, and thank them.
