Dr. Betsy is the most attentive, kind, honest, and personable vet I have ever had the pleasure to go to! Five stars is not enough for this place, their doctor, and their equally kind and amazing staff. My elderly cat with heart problems is improving every day with the help of Betsy Schnur and her staff. I would be more than willing to drive a long distance for good pet care, and I am thankful that this is only one city from me. Thank you all so much!
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. This group of veterinary professionals were outstanding. Dr. Schnur and her team made special arrangements for my dog who has anxiety and has many failed attempts at vet visits. Everyone was informative, confident and understanding and they took the time to explain everything that was happening and made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I will NEVER go anywhere else. THANK YOU!!! �
We took our dog there last night and they were amazing! They were really gentle and explained everything very thoroughly. They could tell I was nervous and my dog felt it also so she felt like she needed to protect me but they went super slow with her and she even gave them kisses! And for my girl that doesn't happen for just anyone. I want to thank the whole staff again for being so nice and taking such amazing care of us.
Can't explain how excited I am for my lady to get to meet her new Doc. Blessed beyond words that they are getting her in this week. Finally she will get the love and attention she deserves not to mention the care as well. Thank you so much!
First time there! Dani and Dr. Betsy were AMAZING! They listened to our concerns and explained EVERYTHING all while masterfully caring for our little squirmy pets. I've never seen my pup take a treat out of anyone else's hand before while away from home! Incredible :) I highly recommend them!
Took my cat Joshua in for his first exam at the clinic today. The staff was very friendly, very informative, very helpful.
